“The Trainee’s Handbook” will guide the Trainee in defining their own roles, responsibilities and goals whilst participating in the veterinary hospital training program. This Manual also guides the Trainee, Trainer and Practice Manager in ensuring that the program provides a sound basis in appropriate methods of training and evaluation as well as the success of the program.

This is an industry specific handbook with clear information and guidelines to aid the Trainee in completing a smooth induction and learning program based on the company’s hospital processes. It is a comprehensive manual needed to complete a training program specific to each new member’s role and job experience.
