“The Trainer’s Handbook” will guide the Trainer in defining their own roles, responsibilities and goals whilst the new employee, follows their veterinary hospital training program. This Manual also guides the Trainer and Practice Manager in ensuring that the training program provides a sound basis in appropriate methods of training and evaluation as well as the success of the program.

This is an industry specific handbook with clear information and guidelines to aid the Trainer in providing a smooth induction and training of hospital processes for new team members. It is a comprehensive manual needed to create a training program specific to each new member’s role and job experience.
