It is a comprehensive manual needed to create a training program specific to each new member’s role and job experience. Having the correct training plan for each new member enables the new employee to know in which direction they are moving and assists the onboarding trainers with knowledge of if they are effectively moving their new team member towards achieving their learning goals.
