VHPT: Training Program Assessment Guide

Description

This guide is a basic instructional booklet to help Practice Managers, Trainers and Supervisors carry out an assessment of the training as a whole for evaluation and then to make updates to the program for future training sessions.

A Training assessment should give an immediate response to a training program. To give maximum benefit they need to be well designed and conducted either immediately after or within 1 month of the learner completing the area process training program.
